Introduction and Program Overview
Intensive English Conversation Program (IECP) is a six-level program (Beginner to Advanced) designed to accommodate tourists, visa waiver program, other non-immigrant visas and residents who wish to study on a part-time (less than 18 hours per week) or full time basis, depending on their visas. This program is for those who would like to improve their English language skills necessary for communicating in different social, cultural and survival situations.
Daily Class Schedule and Class Option
For all proficiency levels, classes are Monday through Friday. Visa Waiver and Tourist Visa holder students must take less than 18 hours of class per week.

NOTE: *4.712% Hawai’i tax will be imposed on the tuition.
There is no registration fee for this program. You can also enroll in IECP for more than four weeks. If you want to enroll in IECP for more than four weeks, combine the rate by your desired length of enrollment period.

Textbooks and material Fee
You can rent our textbooks for $5 per week for up to 4 weeks or for $40 for more than 4 weeks (up to 12 weeks).
Rental deposit: $100 CASH, Rental fee: $5(x number of weeks) or $40

Textbooks and material fee deposit is due on the first day of class. If you rent our textbooks, you will have your deposit back upon returning our books in good condition. You can also buy the textbooks. For textbook prices, please ask the Admissions Office.
Important Fee Information and Refund Policy
1. Tuition is due on the first day of class or as otherwise arranged with the school.
2. We accept local checks, money orders, cash, Traveler’s Checks, and credit cards: Visa, Master and Discover Card.
   Please make check payable to International Mid Pac College.
3. Course fees are subject to change without notice. Please check with the Admissions Office for current prices.
4. Course fees do not include textbook/material fee. Please ask the Admissions Office regarding course material fee.
5. Course fees are non-refundable and no make-up classes are offered in the case of any student absences, after the first day of
   instruction.
6. If a cancellation request is made prior to the first day of instruction, any prepaid tuition will be refunded, minus the cancelation
   fee of $50. Refund will be processed within 30 days of request.
IECP Start Dates
IECP follows the IEPP Term Calendar. Each term is twelve weeks, with eleven weeks of classes and one administrative week (no classes for students). There are four term breaks in one academic year, one week of break after each term. IECP start dates is flexible. If you wish to start on a different day, please contact Admissions Office.

Registration Eligibility, Requirement and Procedure
Eligibility
• We welcome non-native English learners of all English levels* from any country.
• Applicant must be 17 years or older. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis for applicants younger than 17 years of age
  with parent’s/guardian’s consent.

Registration Requirement and Information
• IECP Program follows the Intensive English Proficiency Program (IEPP) schedule.
• Start Date: IECP applicants registering for less than four weeks may start classes at anytime, except during the exam week or
  term break. Those registering for more than four weeks usually start on a Monday. Refer to the Term Calendar for start dates.
• All applicants must take a placement test before the first day of enrollment
• All applicants must complete course work and/or take a quiz on the last day of enrollment.
• IECP applicants must agree to follow IMPAC policies and procedures.
• IECP students will receive a written grade report upon completion of the enrollment period. Certificate is available upon request.

Registration Procedure
• To register, contact Admissions Office to schedule a placement test. The placement test will take approximately two hours. The
  quiz will take approximately 10-15 minutes on the last day.
• To extend enrollment: Visit Admissions Office before the last day of the enrollment to request extension.

*In case you do not meet the minimum level offered at the time of enrollment, you may be asked to take private lessons. In some cases, a proficiency level may not be offered due to low student enrollment.
