Program Overview
Intensive English Proficiency Program (IEPP) is a twelve week course and offered four times a year in January, April, July and in October. You are required to obtain an F1- visa to attend this program. IEPP has six-levels, from beginner to advanced, designed to accommodate long-term students studying for three months or more. This program is perfect for you, if you would like to gain a deeper understanding of the English language or if you are planning to go to a college or university after completion of this program!
Daily Class Schedule and Proficiency Levels
You are required to attend 18 hours per week of classes to maintain your student status in the U.S. You will be placed into your proficiency level (see chart below). For all proficiency levels, classes are Monday through Friday (8:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays).

Term Calendar
IEPP starts four times a year in January, April, July and in October. Each term is twelve weeks, with eleven weeks of classes and one week of administrative week (no classes for students). There are four term breaks in one academic ear, one week of break after each term. You must attend the orientation and take a placement test scheduled for the term.

Admission and Academic Requirement
Admission Requirement
• You are at least 18 years or older
• You are a non-native speaker of English
• You must complete our application form, pay the tuition & fees, and submit appropriate immigration documentation when   applicable
• You must apply for a F1 visa. IMPAC is approved by the US Department of Homeland Security to issue I-20 forms (School Code   HHW214F184000: Approved on September 26, 2002)
• You agree to follow IMPAC policy, respect others, and conduct in an agreeable manner

Academic Requirements
• You do not have to speak English to apply to our Intensive English Proficiency Program (IEPP)*.
• You must not have previously completed or enrolled in any college or university level English courses in the United States, except   in cases when the enrolled institution recommends English training.

*In case you do not meet the minimum level offered at the time of enrollment, you must be willing to take additional tutoring offered by the school if the arrangement can be made. In some cases, a proficiency level may not be offered due to low student enrollment.
2017 Tuition and Fees

• Tuition is due before the first day of class or as otherwise arranged with the school.
• We accept local checks, money orders, cash, Traveler’s Checks, and credit cards: Visa, Master and Discover Card.
  Please make check payable to International Mid Pac College.
• Fees are subject to change without notice. Please check with the Admissions Office for current prices.
Refund Policy
1. All cancellation requests must be made in writing by completing the Cancellation of Enrollment Form at least 24 hours
   (1 business day) prior to the beginning of the cancellation period. The date of receipt of the written notice will determine
   the amount, if any, to be refunded.
2. For cancellation prior to attendance, IMPAC will refund any prepaid tuition less registration fees.
3. There is a $50.00 processing fee for all refund requests.
4. Every effort is made to issue refunds within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued in U.S.
   bank-issued checks (U.S. dollars). No cash refund will be given.
5. If a student is dismissed from school for any reason, no refund will be given for the term enrolled. Refunds will be given only for    future paid term(s).
6. It is understood that students who register through travel agents or foreign study agents have signed contracts with these agents
   that may include cancellation penalties, no-refund policies, or home country refund only conditions. IMPAC is not responsible for
   any fees that agencies collect from students. For tuition refunds, IMPAC will confirm the conditions of agent-student contract
   before issuing any refunds.
7. Once the school term has begun, 100% of the tuition (minus the registration fee and taxes) will be refunded if requested
   within the first five working days of the term. No refund will be given thereafter. Students who paid for any future terms
   will receive tuition refunds by completing the Cancellation of Enrollment Form.
8. The refund policy is in effect from the first day of the term, not from the first day of attendance.
9. There is no tuition refund or credit for future terms if student takes a temporary leave of absence.
